Industrial Biotech Equipment Design
The process starts with an introduction to your Crawford Biotech project manager who will be by your side from start to finish.
As we learn more about your project and what the equipment will need to accomplish, we will provide you with an estimate of what it will cost to produce.
The design process will go from conversations and sketches to a computer-generated 3D model you can inspect from every angle.
Your project manager will bring in one of our in-house equipment engineers to create the model which will be modified and adjusted until the final design is agreed upon.
Material will be ordered, and our fabricators will begin construction.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
We have in-house laser cutting, machining, forming, welding, and assembly. We work with stainless steel, copper, aluminum, mild steel, and titanium.
We’ve made everything from a bovine serum plant to a BBQ sauce factory, breweries and distilleries, industrial paint tanks, a massive robotic arm that extends out from a barge to recover container ship exhaust and everything in between.
We buy American materials and all work is done in the USA. Our quality of work is extremely high and we are excellent communicators.
Equipment Installation
We are able to travel the country and install the equipment we make. We are experienced in logistics, heavy equipment rigging and setting, and all facets of field-fabrication.
We have crews of mechanical installers so we can not only set equipment, but also perform plumbing and electrical work as well.
You will have a central point of contact throughout your Crawford Biotech experience from design and fabrication to installation and training.
We feel it’s best to have a single individual embedded in your project who can provide support and communication.
